Robin Siggers is the Mountain Operations Manager at Fernie Alpine Resort. His career in the avalanche patch began in Fernie in 1979, when he worked as a ski patroller and avalanche forecaster in 1979.
Robin has been a member of the Canadian Avalanche Association since 1983 and has worked as a Level 1 and 3 instructor. He was also an avalanche rescue dog handler. In 2000, Robin and his dog Keno
were credited with the first live find in Canada by a CARDA dog team.
